Cancellations:
The full payment will be returned upon cancellation up until 48 hours ahead of the rental or tour starting. Within 24 - 48 hours of the rental starting, 50% of the full payment will be returned upon cancellation. Within 24 hours of the rental or tour starting, the full payment will be lost. All refunds will be excluding potential card fees incurred. Bike rental Renting a bike A deposit is not required to rent a bike. However, customers are required to enter their credit card details when making an order. When accepting the terms and conditions, the customer authorizes CPH Bike Tours to charge the payment card in accordance with the stipulations listed in the terms and conditions.
