Terms & Conditions – Copenhagen Bike Tours
1. General Information Copenhagen Bike Tours (hereinafter referred to as "CBT") offers guided bike tours in Copenhagen. By booking a tour with CBT, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, authorized partners, or in person (subject to availability).
- Payment must be completed prior to the start of the tour.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
3. Participant Responsibility
- Participants must be at least 12 years old or accompanied by an adult.
- Each participant is responsible for their own safety and must comply with Danish traffic laws.
- Participants are advised to wear helmets and follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
- CBT is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the tour.
4. Equipment & Liability
- CBT does not own the bicycles or any additional equipment used during the tour. Bicycles and other equipment are provided by third-party rental companies or owned by participants.
- CBT is not responsible for any damage, loss, or malfunction of bicycles or equipment during the tour.
- Any complaints regarding bicycles or other equipment should be directed to the owner or rental provider.
- Participants are liable for any damage to rental bicycles or equipment during the tour.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
- Tours are conducted in most weather conditions. Participants are responsible for dressing appropriately.
- In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), CBT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Conduct & Removal from Tour
- Participants must behave respectfully towards guides and fellow participants.
- CBT reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from a tour if they pose a safety risk, cause disturbances, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Photography & Media
- CBT may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media. If you wish to opt out, please inform the guide before the tour starts.
8. Disclaimer
- CBT is responsible solely for providing the guided experience. We do not assume liability for accidents, injuries, or damages related to the use of equipment.
- By participating in the tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
